We are listing it as good condition, the door has some rust at the bottom and the latch needs replaced. It does not leak. It is painted lime green and all the graphics are removable. Clear title. It is turn key. Ford E350 Box Truck - 17 ft, 216,700 miles, transmission was rebuilt at 210,000 miles, 11,000GVW, includes ramp, a/c, heat, windshield is cracked, clear title. Generator - 2014 Briggs and Stratton Elite Series, 146 hours- has only been used for 1-1/2 years, unleaded gasoline, 10k start, 8k running, it is able to run the trailer and refrigeration on the Box Truck.
