We would like to make it clear that the granite slabs atop the pallets of CMU Ballast Blocks in the photos, which include an A-Frame rack of granite slabs and a similar pallet of smaller granite slabs, are not included in the sale. The sale, therefore, only includes the CMU Ballast Blocks. Available for bidding are CMU Ballast Blocks for securing your solar panel installation and antenna array on your rooftop. These blocks measure approximately 3" X 8" X 16" and weigh about 28 pounds apiece. There are around 15 pallets of ballast blocks, each containing roughly 90-100 units. Our estimated count for this listing is about 1,400 to 1,500 units with an estimated weight of 39,000-42,000 pounds. Note that the quantity and weight are subject to estimate at this time. The PDF file accompanying the photos serves to provide general information on the size and weight of the listed units. However, it is not from the manufacturer of these units. Solar Panels and Rooftop Antennas Now Made Easy with Concrete Ballast Blocks We regret to inform you that beyond setting the blocks at the back of the trailer, we cannot load them onto a trailer due to their storage location's lack of dock. Nevertheless, we are willing to consider selling less than the full quantity. Reach us at 630-816-1483 to discuss this option further. The product that we have for sale are the CMU Ballast Blocks as depicted in the photos. We have a forklift on-site that is available upon scheduling and based on our availability, wherein we load the blocks onto your flatbed truck. Please be advised that securing the load and arranging it onto your vehicle is the buyer's responsibility. We estimate one hour of forklift time to complete the loading process. Any additional time, if required, will cost $75 per hour.
