In perfect working condition. Comes with all the extras as shown in the pictures. If you look at the pics closely you will see a water mark. The item was lying on it's back inside the manufacturer's box and the bottom of the box got wet, with NO more than 1/8" of water. We are well aware that this is an electronic component, however, this water will NOT effect the functionality of the item in any way, it only tarnished the edge a little bit. It was soaked up through the box and just got along the edges and is ONLY cosmetic. The pictures can tell you that. Item WILL work, guaranteed.
