(one) side wall return drag conveyor, Sidney Machine company, installed in 2013. Approx. 28' long with (3) pneumatically operated, bottom opening intermediate discharge gates. ( 31" x 9") We believe this is what Sidney calls a model 14", the width at the bottom of the drag profile is 9", the widest point of the drag section is 16". Carbon steel. 1/2" thick poly drag sections. 3 hp motor, hazardous duty 230/460 vac, 1725 rpm Dodge torque arm speed reducer (7hp rating), 25-1 ratio. This was used to move an animal feed product. We have a few of these that came from the same installation. After dismantling, we did our best to mate up the drives with the same conveyor section as originally installed. You will be receiving the top conveyor section that is in the first picture. This section is 19’ long. You will also be receiving a 9’ long drive section that is identical to the drive section that is at the bottom of the first picture. You will not be receiving the bottom conveyor shown in the bottom picture, but an identical drive section.( which does include the pneumatic gate but does not include the bottom chute). The second pictures shows the exact unit on the left that you will be receiving. On the right side of the second picture is another view of what the drive section looks like, though you will not be receiving this exact one. The third picture shows the exact unit that you will receive in the foreground. The rest of the pictures are actual pictures of what you will receive. We do have factory top covers for this entire conveyor but the ones not pictured are a little ugly and beat up. We did our best to match up the right conveyor sections with the right chain, but it may be that you will have to remove a few links from the conveyor chain to make thing fit. The chain tensioner has about 5" of travel. This will be shipped with the pneumatic cylinders unattached and the conveyor skidded in 10' sections, unless you pick it up yourself. There is no handling or loading charge if you make shipping arrangements, otherwise it is $2200 in the continental US.
