I bought this to help ty all the rebar in my 40x60 shop. Problem with that was that by the time I got it, I had got most of it tied, so I really didnt use it that much. I now have the concrete poured and thought some one else might be able to use it. It does not have any wire with it but there is plenty of wire on ebay for cheap. The wire it uses isnt as strong as the steel tie wire you tie by hand but it does tie the rebar so it dosent move. The end that it came with was a Europe type end, so I cut it off and added a US style plug. I charged the battery and everything seems to work fine. I ran 5 rolls of wire through it and it worked pretty good. Comes with Rebar tying gun, 2 battery's, charger, case and a set of pliers. I paid right at $500 for this machine. Seems to be pretty well built.
