MADE IN USA Conet Electrosmog meter model ED15C. In excellent working and cosmetic condition.  The assumption is if you are looking at this auction then you know what this unit does. I cannot claim to understand its function as this belonged to my father.  My father was a professor of Electrical Engineering and a private consultant in RF and EMF fields and had a vast collection of test equipment, meters, probes and such. He passed away this summer and this was one of his pieces of equipment that I am liquidating from his equipment cabinets as I try to collect funds for my mother.  This appears to be a fully functioning unit. All buttons and switches work and the display reacts accordingly.  Guaranteed not to be Dead on Arrival. Likewise, if the unit does not function as it was designed, you may return it for a refund. My excellent feedback rating stands as my guarantee.  I will try to answer any questions you may have.
