This is a cotterman brand fixed ladder. It measured out at 11' 8". the safety cage is 30" x 30". There is a cover on the lower half of the ladder that is lockable. The cover was bent when we purchased the item and we were able to repair it and make it fuctional. The yellow paint is in great shape and this has never been used. It's a great ladder and ready to go. The ladder is 16" wide. The safety cage is 55" tall. The shipping cost is from our dock to your dock.
