Count EZ Creaser. Made in USA! This machine creases paper to make perfect folds that are smooth and straight and also has a scoring/perforating capability. I bought this machine at an Allegra Printing closing sale but have changed our business model and will not be using it. Testing: It fires right up and goes through its self check countdown. I ran some basic creasing programs and it seems to function perfectly. I lowered the perforating wheel and it worked perfectly as well. The photo of the perforated and separated paper shows how it works with 80lb. card stock. I took photos of the crease but you really can't see it in the photos. It make really nice folds out of paper that normally would crack and break apart a little because of its thickness. Condition: This machine is in great shape. Its shows some signs of wear on a couple of feed rollers--The last couple of photos shows one roller with the original ridges and one roller with the noted wear. The rollers seemed to function just fine and they are replaceable from Count for $22 including a hub. The only part that I know is missing is the delivery tray, it was set up to feed directly onto a conveyor belt. I emailed Count and they said it was in stock and $80 if you want to set it up without a conveyor. I will included the magnetic paper stops that were originally with it so all you would need is the tray. The roller cart that it is sitting on comes with it and it rolls freely and the wheel breaks work to keep it stationary when needed. It will be disassembled for shipping. Shipping: This machine is heavy and will need to ship via truck. Buyer pays ACTUAL shipping cost. I entered my estimated size and weight in ebay's quote generator but I do not guarantee this price as I have no control over which trucking outfit but I am more than willing to try it. I plan to take off the feed rails that stick up in the air (two allen screws), and the rolling base will be disassembled. The crate will be 30x38 and 36 inches tall and estimated 300lbs. NOTE: Seeley Lake is off the main truck routes and most carriers only come up once per week so there WILL be a short delay for crating and shipping!
