I WAS THEN 5 YEARS OLD AND MY DAD NURTURED ME ON THE LIKES OF ERNEST TUBB, HANK WILLIAMS, ROY ACUFF, MINNIE PERLE AND OTHERS. EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT WE SAT BY THE OLD UPRIGHT RADIO LISTENING TO "THE GRAND OLE OPRY". I HAVE EXPANDED THAT EARLY MUSIC WITH JOHNNY CASH, MERLE HAGGARD, WILLIE NELSON, JOHNNY HORTON AND MANY, MANY MORE ARTISTS. I HAVE BOUGHT, COLLECTED AND PLAYED THEM ALL AND ATTENDED NUMEROUS LIVE CONCERTS, INCLUDING WILLIE'S PICNIC AT LUCHENBACH.I AM GUARANTEEING YOU WILL LIKE THIS RECORD.
