(61.2 kg) The CRL Toggler® SnapSkru® Self-Drilling Drywall Regular Anchors offer exceptional holding power and are suitable for use with 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" (10, 13 or 16 mm) thick drywall. These anchors are designed to preserve the integrity of the drywall during installation and when the item and screw are removed. They can be used with a range of screw sizes – MINI: #6 (recommended) to #8, and Regular: #6 to #10, #8 (recommended). Unlike traditional anchors, these can be backed out and changed without the anchor coming out of the wall. These holding values are per anchor with #6 x 1-1/4" screw for MINI and #8 x 1-1/2" screw for Regular. The safe holding is usually 1/4 of the ultimate load, which is an industry standard. HOLDING VALUES (ULTIMATE LOADS) - TENSILE (PULLOUT): Important Notes: The shipping weights provided are approximations and have not been verified. If the exact weight is required to determine shipping costs, kindly contact C When activated with the minimum proper length screw (1-1/4" (32 mm) for MINI and 1-1/2" (38 mm) for Regular), the Anchors open with an audible "pop", indicating that they are locked in place in the wall or ceiling. They can be easily installed with No. 2 Phillips screwdriver or bit, and resist vibration and shock. The maximum fixture thickness for MINI with 1-1/4" (32 mm) screw is 1/2" (13 mm), and 3/4" (19 mm) for Regular with 1-1/2" (38 mm) screw. Longer screws should be used for thicker fixtures.
