For Sale: Custom 4-axis CNC Machine Over the past 9 months we’ve had an outside company building a custom CNC machine for us. Unfortunately this 9 month project was supposed to be done in 1 month and we have since cut ties with the company. We have about $6,000 in just parts for this machine. Unfortunately we do not have the knowledge to finish this project so our loss is your gain.  This can be used as a 4-axis end mill, plasma cutter, laser cutter, laser etching, etc. It could be set up for almost anything if you have the know how to finish this incomplete project. The X, Y and Z axis were are up and running. Motors and gantry were moving smoothly. The rotational axis was the only one not up and moving. Specs:  (4) Nema34 Stepper Motors 1232oz  (4) Stepper motor drivers, 7.8A  350W power supply, 60VDC/ 5.83A  PRO Rack and Pinion Nema 34 (cncrouterparts.com)  DryLin® W rails w/W pillow blocks (igus.com)  5.5’wide x 5.5’deep 3” steel frame (TIG welded together)  6061 Aluminum 1/2 ” plate – 48” x 48” ($500)  Mach3 CNC software license($200)  Computer and flat screen monitor (upgrade computer to handle Mach3 CNC program) All wiring is shielded Many other misc items If you have any questions please shoot me an email.
