Keystone Tool & Die, Custom Built, 5-Station Screen Printer - 5 Stations with Air Platens - 20" x 20" Screen Frames (17" x 17" Screen Size) - Xenon RC-1002 Twin and RC-742 Single Pulsed UV/Visible Curing Lamps -1 hp Vacuum Pump (Creates vacuum holding system for each station.) - Exhaust Blower - Direct Logic DL250-1 PLC (Program allows for: individual station control [tells station if it has a screen, tells station if there is paint in the screen, tells station whether to use paint utensils, tells station if lamp is needed], vacuum pump control, debugging screens, error screens. - Automation Direct EZtouch HMI touch screen (note: lines/distortions in photo do not really exist on screen) - Includes a secondary drying station (6 foot rotational table with UV curing lamp.) - Includes 20 screens - Takes up approximately 16' x 16' in floor space for the main machine plus operating space. We purchased the machine earlier this year and discovered that it is too small for our needs. It is in good working order with the exception of possibly the lamps on the main machine which we have not yet proved out, but were told that they work.  Does not include laptop pictured. We invite you to come see the machine before placing a bid.  We will provide guidance in disassembling the machine, but ultimately tearing it down and moving it will be the responsibility of the winning buyer.
