Using a unique Dye Sublimation transfer process, digital images are printed onto an ink jet printer with special inks then transferred permanently onto an array of hard and soft substrates through a heat transfer process. For best results, your pictures should be 4"X6" & a resolution of 300dpi to fit the item you want it sublimated to. The HUG8 16oz Hugger is a personalized photo product made from Scuba Foam, measuring 5-3/8"H x 4"W. All sublimation substrates must be white or light in color and surfaced with a special polymer coating for hard substrates or made of synthetic fibers, predominantly 100% polyester, for compatibility with the sublimation process. Avoid sending smaller pictures to enlarge as they tend to pixelate and appear fuzzy. Customizing your HUG8 16oz Hugger with your favorite photograph has never been easier! We can also include text in your order, just make sure to provide the font type and size you prefer.
