Here is a used Cutler Hammer A10FNO Size 4, Series B1, 3 Phase motor starter. Cosmetically it obviously isn't perfect--it has some oxidation on the mounting plate and on the wire terminals, but the internals are in great working order. This unit has been disassembled, inspected, and tested for functionality. The contacts aren't in perfect condition, but still have plenty of life left in them.
