You are bidding on one Datacard Super C.A.T. Encoder The encoder powers up and gives the version number of the firmware. On power up if I put a card in the back and press the button on the front the machine pulls the card through and out the front. It looks to be complete and I will include a power supply with the encoder. However, I have no way to test this so it is being sold AS-IS.
