The two page per day format is easy to follow, with plenty of room for planning. Left hand page includes a to-do list section for action items, hourly appointment slots, lists to track phone calls and expenses, plus monthly calendar reference blocks. The right hand page is a ruled diary for additional notetaking space. Hourly appointments are available on each day, Sunday - Saturday, and track your time from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tabbed, monthly calendar pages are also included with this refill set. Calendars are dated January – December with Julian dates. A coordinating Coastlines page locator and reference sheets are also provided. This set is a folio size planner refill. Each page measures 8.5 in. x 11 in. , contains 30% post-consumer material and is pre-punched for easy insert into any 7 ring planner.
