Up for sale here is a DC magnetron sputtering head with gas shield. It is 5-1/4" overall outside diameter, takes a ~ 4" diameter target and uses a ~ 3 inch diameter magnet. It needs the magnet, but you would probably want a fresh one anyways to be sure of the strength and quality. I used this years ago to produce a lot of very nice films from tantalum and other metal targets, and converted them to oxide films with oxygen fed ion gun in the vacuum chamber for optical films. Made from high quality oxygen-free copper, the DC magnetron head has water feed through lines for cooling, and standard quick connect vacuum flange at base. A rare oddity here on eBay to be sure, hope it can find a good home as I have retired from the thin film coating business. I also have a handful of other vacuum chamber feedthroughs I'll try to get listed soon, or ask.
