As are all of De Buyer pans, this is a high quality stainless steel and copper pan (restaurant quality).   Great for frying, browning, searing and pan-roasting and more, this De Buyer copper pan provides superior heat transfer and perfect results every time!! A perfect blend of style and performance, this pan boasts a copper exterior for unbeatable aesthetic appeal and fast, even heating, while its stainless steel interior makes it easy to clean and eliminates the need for re-tinning. Cast iron, riveted handles add a touch of elegance for a refined look.   Believe me, the weight of this pan assures you it's true quality cookware.  You can find it brand new for approximately $160-$200.  I am selling mine for a steal of a deal.
