Description: Deco Seal is an easy to apply waterproofing membrane designed to protect exterior foundation walls from hydrostatic water pressure. Approved as above grade and below grade product by ICC (International Code Council) therefore complete wall protection. UV resistant, Breathable, Paintable, no solvents or dealing with grade line issues like Tar which is below grade only. Easy spray on (look at Graco 5900 or 7900 sprayer specs), Brush or Roll on. Approx. 60-70 sq.ft/gal. or 400 sq.ft per 5 gal. pail. Two thin coats ensure best results. Optional to install Protection Boards after Deco Seal is dry. We recommend boards if sharp aggregate or heavy clay soil is present. Go to YouTube.com and search "Deco Seal Waterproofing" to show ease of application.
