No other adjustments required. ONE MAN OPERATION. One person using the Deeprock ® Groutmaster GXR can mix and pump approximately 30 bags of cement, or 15 - 20 bags of Bentonite per hour. PUMPING CAPABILITIES The Deeprock ® Groutmaster GXR grout pump can mix and pump 250-400 Gallons of product per hour, depending on the product that is being pumped and how wet or dry it is mixed. RECIRCULATING SYSTEM This recirculating system will allow the operator to keep a shearing action on the product while waiting. If for any reason the operator is detained during the pump cycle, he can quick couple the discharge hose into the side of the hopper and re-circulate back into the mixer, and pump, thereby retarding dehydration. This also is the best system for mixing material the fastest. The 65 GALLON HOPPER on The Deeprock ® Groutmaster GXR grout pump hopper is designed with a cone shaped, funnel bottom mounted directly over the intake of the Progressive Cavity Pump so that everything that goes in the hopper, goes in the pump. No flat bottom for product to dry in the corners. All features on the Deeprock ® Groutmaster GXR grout pump are standard equipment. The Pressure Gauge, Discharge Hose, Quick Coupler, 13 HP 100% real Honda Engine, 2 - Speed Mixer. Progressive Cavity Pump. STANDARD FEATURES FORWARD AND REVERSE PRESSURE FLUSH CAPABILITY For clean-up, the pump can run in forward or reverse. Utilizing the forward and reverse pressure flush assures the operator that his pump, which is the heart of his machine, is completely cleaned. Being able to pump forward and reverse, not only makes clean up fast, but also insures long life of grout pump, by keeping it clean. DISCHARGE PRESSURE The Deeprock ® Groutmaster GXR grout pump can reach pressures up to 300 psi on non-continuous duty cycle. 150-250 psi is recommended on a continuous duty cycle while grouting .
