Exterior Top The exterior top is constructed of one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12" (5.4cm) high square nosing at the front. Top has a mechanically cooled refrigerated raised rail at the rear with openings to accommodate pans (provided by others). Rail interior is 22-gauge stainless steel and have 18-gauge stainless steel removable raised rail opening lids. Unit is equipped with separate expansion valve and on/off switch for refrigerated rail. Temperature in top openings maintains 33?F(1?C) to 41?F(5?C) with pans recessed 2"(5.1cm) at 86?F ambient room temperature, meeting NSF 7 requirements. Exterior Back and Bottom The exterior back and bottom is constructed of 24-gauge stainless steel and the exterior ends are finished with stainless steel. Base Interior The base interior has a stainless steel base and bottom. The base interior sides and door frames are thermofoamed ABS. Each interior door section has (1) 25" (63.5cm) deep removable epoxy coated wire shelf. Base is insulated with 2" (5.1cm) high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) , Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane. The end of the base has a machine compartment with condensing unit installed. Doors The doors are constructed of 22-gauge stainless steel on the exterior front and a thermoformed ABS interior door liner. Refrigeration System HFC-404A refrigerant. The cabinet has a blower coil assembly with expansion valve located in the coil housing. The base is equipped with independently controlled thermostat, solenoid valve and condensate evaporator. The refrigerated base maintains a temperature of 36?F (2?C) to 40?F (4?C). Recessed on/off switches for the rail and base are located behind the louvered front panel. Electrical Connections The unit is wired with 115volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 3-wire, grounded 8' (2.4m) cord and plug. Casters The equipment is mounted on 5" (12.7cm) diameter casters with and overall height of casters being 6.13" (15.6 cm).
