You're right, I didn't paint it gray. Just look at it like it's a '46 Ford Super DeLuxe and we gave it a new paint job and some cool wheels but we kept that old flathead with a bit of a tuneup. Hey, it's not like I chopped and lowered her, right? That old motor? I am in love. Sucker probably weighs as much as the machine itself but man is she tight and smooth. I gave her a new 220 V (single phase) power cord and a new belt to help get the power to the ground, so to speak. The knives up top are sharp and riding on new bearings. I do get tired of gray on gray on black so now it's a nice cobalt blue on the machine as well as the little, new steel casters I added. No need for a mobile base here. The whole machine was taken down to the bare frame, cleaned, primed, polished, painted, lubed, assembled, you name it. Except that motor. She is all rat rod style. If you love patina it's still here just cleared it over. Please contact us regarding freight or possible delivery and, of course, with any questions you may have. Out.
