It is complete in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I thoroughly cleaned it inside and out and ran it through several cycles without any problems. From room temperature it will quickly heat up and sterilize in approximately 20 minutes. I guarantee it will not be DOA. When I received this machine there was a Biomed Service Request inside stating the machine was completely gone through, tested and serviced in 2007. I believe it has been sitting unused since that time. I will include the paper with the machine. This is a counter top model that is completely self contained. Comes with 4 Plier Racks. The sterilizer holds 4 plier racks per cycle. Simply load the racks, latch the door, turn the machine on and push the "cycle start" button. A complete cycle takes about 20 minutes and an audio alarm sounds when cycle is complete. Has indicator lights for the warm up, sterilize, cool down and complete. During cool down the heated chamber air is pumped out the back. There is a duct fitting to vent the heated air out. A digital temperature display monitors chamber temperature at all times. All functions will stop if the door is opened before the cycle is complete. Operating instructions are permanantly attached to the face of the machine. Virtually silent when being used. There are a few blemishes in the painted finish but still very presentable. I fully tested the operation of this sterilizer several times and everything is working properly. It quickly heats up to operating temperature and properly cycles through the different modes. The indicator lights are working. The digital temperature display is working. The door lock and door seal is good. The racks are used and functional. The power cord is good. The back left corner has a small insignificant dent on the bottom not visible from the front.
