These moisture absorbing Driers could make the difference in the quality of your finished products. They are filled with "Moisture Indicating Silica Desiccant"  that turns from a Deep Blue when dry, to a Light Pink when fully saturated. This action is fully visible through the 3/4" "Window". They are 3-3/4" in Diameter by 8" high. They have a 3/4" NPT threaded opening in the bottom that matches the "Bung Opening" of all drums. They have a Screened screw off cap that allows for the changing of the Desiccant. They will arrive to you with the proper amount Desiccant to fill each Drier to full. Additional Desiccant can be purchased as needed, but remember, OUR Desiccant can be dried to it's original Deep Blue color and reused. Drying Instructions 1.       Spread free-flowing silica gel evenly in a shallow Pyrex dish. Place silica gel packets in the dish so they do not touch each other.   2.      Place the dish in an oven. You can dry color-changing silica gel in a 900-watt microwave oven. The gel is blue when it is dry and pink when it is saturated. You only need dry it if it is pink.   3.      Heat free-flowing silica gel at 300-degrees Fahrenheit for one-and-a-half hours per liter (About a quart dry measure or 30 ounces by weight). Heat packets at exactly 245-degrees Fahrenheit for 24 hours. Use an oven thermometer to ensure the temperature does not go over 300-degrees for the free-flowing, or over 245-degrees for the packets. For the color-changing silica gel, heat it at 900 watts in three-minute bursts in the microwave until it turns blue. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES TO BE DETERMINED BY LOCATION.
