This is a Desmond Dresser No. 0.  It is used for precision dressing, truing, and shaping of grinding wheels where an extremely accurate finish is desired.  This item is especially recommended for use on grinding wheels up to 10" with a 2" face.  Dressing cleans away foreign particles and exposes sharp new cutting edges.  When used at frequent intervals it will prevent most of the load from forming and considerably increase the life of the wheel.  The working surface is approximately 1/2" across.  It was manufactured by Desmond in Urbana, Ohio, USA.  This is among the highest quality and longest lasting tools in the industry.  This item has seen light use but is in excellent working condition, ready for your use.  It will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for fast delivery.
