I bought this rotary hammer drill new last year and used it twice, for a grand total of four 1/2" holes, 4" deep, in concrete. Fifteen minutes tops! Went through it like a hot knife through butter. Was carried in my job box from then till now. I'll throw in the bit if you like. Includes removable grip, directions and hole depth gauge rod.
