A vast majority of straight line rips saws for sale on the market not only are not glue line capable, but are worn so badly that they pose an increased risk for kick back due to wear. The chain and track on this machine are just about as perfect as you can get unless you buy new. Literally! Check out the pictures! The chain not only has an almost flawless face it also sits dead flat and runs parallel. With a replacement cost of a chain and track at just a hair under $10,000 why would you buy another saw other than this one? This saw is in amazing condition both mechanically and cosmetically and boasts large capacities and speeds. The fence can be set at 52" to the right of the blade or you have 56" of clearance to the right of the blade if you do not use the fence. Arbor has less than 1/1000? run out. Oiler works properly at all points. Machine runs quiet, true, and smooth. Add to this that it is a very clean machine and you have a machine that is hard to find at this price point especially when talking about US built rip saws. 15 hp main motor/2 hp feed motor with speeds from 65-190' per minute. Arbor diameter is 2".
