Commercial Dietzgen Survey Transit with carrying case and slit-leg tripod. Specs can be seen in photos. Cosmetically, this item is in perfect condition. Functionally, the unit is in great condition. Both outer dial and inner dial rotate fine. Lenses on the top unit are in great condition as well. We are not experts in these tools but will be happy to provide detailed pictures/examination of the item upon request. From the looks of it, this unit if FULLY FUNCTIONAL.The pictures listed are of the actual items. The case is also in very good condition, though the outer case could use some simple cleanup. The transit has been stored in it's case, so has not been bounced and banged. The aluminum tripod is fully functional, though it has had more use and needs some clean up. All original parts including a carrying strap are intact and function fine. Manufacturer is Chicago Steel Tape Co. Leg length is 37" - 64". Transit in case weighs 10 lbs. Tripod also weighs 10 lbs.
