The SP1086A Permanent adhesive is a general-purpose emulsion acrylic permanent that can be used on most surfaces. This vinyl has a caliper of 3.5 mils and a GSM. Digital vinyl has revolutionized the way we print. It provides excellent layflat characteristics and internal strength for kiss-cut applications. One such vinyl is Digi Gloss Clear Digital Vinyl. The tensile MD/CD is 60 / 28 #/inch and the tear MD/CD is 85 / 95 grams. What’s more, it also works perfectly with most Production Toner Presses and Laser Printers. The vinyl’s release liner is a white, bleached kraft, clay-coated liner that is exclusive to vinyl and semi-gloss durable products. The opacity of the vinyl is 86%. The basis weight of the release liner is 80.9 #/3300 ft2 with a caliper of 4.6 mils. Its facestock has been coated to ensure that the HP ElectroInk Technology liquid inks adhere perfectly. This vinyl has been engineered specifically for HP Indigo sheet-fed digital presses.
