This digital acuity system includes everything you need in an all-in-one digital acuity chart. The chart comes with the remote and monitor with built in digital acuity software. Also, the adjustable wall mount is included! This chart is proudly assembled and shipped directly from the USA! Please ask if you have any questions and you will get a quick response. Charts The system contains the following charts: Modified sloan letter chart Number chart Tumbling E’s Separate picture & symbol charts for pediatric patients, as well as animations to maintain a child’s fixation on the chart There are 3 versions of each to minimize memorization Special Testing The image to the right has the remote buttons labeled in bold numbers. Let’s review each function: Special testing is accessed via the menu (12). It contains: ANTI SUPPRESSION FIXATION DISPARITY WORTH 4 DOT DUO-CHROME ASTIGMATIC DIAL The horizontal line (1) button will display an isolated line of optotypes on the screen. Pressing (1) again will exit this function. The vertical line (2) button will display an isolated vertical line of letters on the screen. Pressing (2) again will exit this function. Button (3) causes the system to enter standby mode. Pressing (3) again will exit standby mode. Three line mode (4) will show three lines of acuity. All lines will be the same size. The isolated letter (5) button will display one letter to facilitate patient fixation. The optotype (7) button will change the letters displayed on the screen to Numbers, then Pictures, then Symbols, and finally to a Tumbling E chart. Buttons (8) and (11) will make the optotypes larger and smaller on the screen. Button (12) will display the system menu. The menu is navigated with the up/down arrows, and pressing (12) again will select the highlighted function. All of the numbered buttons at the bottom will show an isolated line of letters, with the label representing the size of the acuity line being presented. For example, the 20 button will display a 20/20 line of acuity, isolated and centered.
