Price to sell at 50% below retail cost  See Photos, Below is information from the manufacturer. 1.  The Digitimer D185 is, by far, the most thoroughly tested and widely used TceMEP stimulator in the world.  Hundreds of thousands of surgeries have been performed using the D185.  In fact, over 10,000 cases were documented before the FDA granted its approval for human use.  It is also licensed by the Canadian Bureau of Medical Devices.  The stimulator can deliver up to 1000 volts and up to 1.5 amps to the head, making it the most powerful instrument available.  Yet it incorporates safety algorithms to limit the amount of energy that can be delivered, thus safeguarding both the patient and the operator.  This is the reason  why virtually every leading medical center in North America now has one or more Digitimer D185’s in regular use.  2.  The Digitimer D185 has been cleared for human use by both the FDA and Health Canada.  It carries FDA 510(k) number K020400 and Health Canada License #6887.   3.  In addition the D185 is both MDD and CE approved in Europe and the manufacturing facility has been certified by both the FDA and an independent notified body, SGS United Kingdom Ltd. in Cheshire.    SGS is the CMD/CAS recognized registrar. Certificates of compliance with ISO 13485 are available.     4.  It should be noted that one very useful feature of the D185 is that it can be used with any IOM system.  There is only the need for a proper connecting cable.  Digitimer offers a selection of such cables.  So, one transcranial stimulator can work with whatever IOM systems the surgical center uses.   5.  A very extensive bibliography of user published papers is available.  Your best source is to visit the www.digitimer.com website for a list
