This listing is for a Dinex Rethermalization cabinet model DXBRC-14 built by Carlisle. Carlisle builds the best when it comes to food holding and transport equipment. Their products are usually seen in institutional and high demand settings like schools, hospitals, large kitchens like Outback Steak House, Olive Garden and large catering operations.  Retherm cabinets are used for keeping prepared food at serving temperature to be used when there is high demand on the kitchen. The Dinex model DXBRC-14 is capable of going from room temp to 225 degrees in 20 minutes. There are 12 different programmable preset schedules and it is humidity controlled. There are 2, 2000 watt heating elements that operate with 2 high efficiency fans and another element under the water bath at the base of the cabinet. There are 7 slides and it is designed to hold 7, 18 x 26" pans or 14, 12 x 20" pans. Also comes with the optional menu board on the door front that has never been used. The digital display is bright and crystal clear however does not photograph well for some reason. Comes with the operators manual and cooking guide and setting it up is a snap. This cabinet was built in 2012 and was kept in storage almost all of its life. There are a couple of cosmetic dents from being moved around and other then that is in new condition. It operates very quiet and comes up to temperature very quickly. New pricing for this cabinet is a little over 9,100.00 and you will see this same cabinet advertised new at the bottom of this page.
