ea CUSTOM  DOOR & WINDOW FRAMES - Here we go again 08/13/13 -  Reduced Again - 1,975.00 obo   Offered for sale, custom made wrought iron window and door frames modeled after the magnificent Santa Barbara Biltmore Great Room.  They are of exceptional craftsmanship and will definitely add value to any project in which they are designed. Each door and/or window measure 11’ by 8’.  The Montecito Estate pictured herein is the construction project they were designed for and display the same windows and doors offered in this presentation. They were purchased from the general contractor as a result of the home being downsized. The attached blueprint details all specifications for glass, hardware and project design.  They are being offered at 1,975.00 each. Although we prefer to sell them as a group, we are willing to sell them individually.  Whether you envision using one window or door in design, remodel or new construction or all four, they offer the contractor, architect or the home owner the opportunity to maximize their value by incorporating them into any construction project. They are adaptable to varying architectural styles from modern to Mediterranean.
