Chromium molybdenum alloy steel surface hardened to 62 Rc and precision ground for strength and durability. Center shaft makes the maintenance and bearings replacement simple when dismounting. High precision double needle bearings support the extended spindle body. This reduces deflection, increases rigidity and neutralize vibration. Full axial thrust bearing: load is braced with a large thrust bearing cage and is supported from the Live Center body. Precision ball thrust-bearing to minimize friction and build up thrust load. Precision taper roller bearing will sustain heavy radial and axial load without compromising precision. Precision lip seal prevents penetration of dirt and coolant. 60 Degree steel point.
