Simply set the time, temperature and thickness, and the press does all the work. Its heated upper platen helps your dough balls flatten faster, or you can use it without heat for cold pressing. This automatic pizza dough press easy to use and flexible, with features like infinite dough thickness adjustment and digital time and temperature controls.The DoughXpress DXA-SS automatic dough press is ETL, & NSF Listed, and requires a 120V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details. Overall dimensions are 18 3/16"W x 24 11/16"D x 25 1/8"H. This whisper quiet air compressor has a 1.1 gallon capacity, and provides 100-130 PSI at 1 cfm to operate any DoughXpress air-automatic machine.
