Boxes Packages under 50 LBS: All packages and freight shipments bound for the USA will originate from our warehouse in Calgary, AB, Canada. The majority of our packages are transported via courier to our distribution facility in Sweetgrass MT. This extra step actually saves our customers the added cost of customs fees and the item usually arrives much faster than regular parcel post. These packages are shipped through UPS, USPS, or Fedex Ground. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa, which will incur an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for the additional cost. Packages over 50 LBS, irregularly shaped, or over sized: These packages must be shipped via freight shipments/LTL.
