This unit was removed from The State of Carolina during an upgrade and was functional when removed. We powered it on and it appears to be functional. It passed all self tests when we ran the Analyzer Status Check. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some very minimal scuffs and scratches (please see pictures). It appears to have all accessories included and then some. Comes with manual and everything you see in the pictures. Due to our limited working knowledge and/or lack of additional equipment for this item no further testing was performed. We have no reason to believe it is not fully functional but cannot guarantee it since we could not fully test it.
