Our watches and jewelry items are purchased directly from vendors in the jewelry district of Los Angeles, California. *Shelf pulls are items that have been pulled directly from the store floor simply to make room for new inventory. Shelf pulls items may or may not have markdowns on the tags due to in store sales. *Overstocks have never even seen the store floor and in most cases are still sealed in poly bags! *Some manufactures do require a black line through tags and/or label removal before selling them to the public.* FEEDBACK Yes, we know that feedback seems silly, but feedback is very important to sellers, and we do take it seriously. Your feedback is the only guide other customers will have to let them know that they will get great service and quality products when purchasing from our store. Thank You RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returns/Exchanges are accepted on NEW ITEMS only unless stated otherwise in the individual description. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in the same condition as purchased with tags still intact. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees and sellers original shipping costs. Of course, if you receive an incorrect item all fees will be reimbursed, including return shipping. DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION: A lot of our items are listed with Free Economy Shipping or a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $1.95 - $3.95 via Economy Shipping for purchase made within the USA (store purchased items only, not applicable to auction orders). Items that are calculated shipping rates are the exact weight of the items plus $1.00 handling fee. Items will be shipped within 1 business day of confirmed payment. If you purchase your item on Friday, we will do my best to get it out on Saturday but we can not guarantee it. Faster shipping methods are offered at regular postal rates to buyers plus a $1.00 handling fee. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION We offer a number of international service methods along with USPS First Class International Mail on most items under $200.00 up to 4lbs. Please keep in mind that First Class Mail can take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive. We need to wait 30 days before a claim can be filed on missing items. First Class Mail may not be tracked and only a customs number is given.
