 HINGE CLAMPS for Silkscreen / Screen Printing Easy to use steel hinge clamps that will hold all wood or metal screens from 5/8" to 2" ( 1.5 to 5 cm ) thick.  Unlike other hinges that only have 2 screws, this hinge come with 3 bolts to firmly holds screens in place for positive registration.   Unlike most hinge clamps this one movement is base on the dual metal-balls bearing so screen move freely and you wont loose your registration.  Just bolt it to the edge of the table and turns it into a 1-color printer.  Buy four and you have a 4 colors printer press just cut out a center base from wood, mount it on a lazy susan, bolt on the hinges and you got your self a multi colors printer. Main FEATURES to enhance registration: Mount on horizon and vertical position (pic #5) Adjustable off-contact to print on multiple medium (up to 1/2 inch, see pic #6) Thick steel construction to reduce flex and increase durability All metal is galvanized to prevent rust Movement on Balls bearing Three (3) hold-down screws One piece design (dont have to align together like the 2 piece hinge clamps) Screwed down to table with 6 screws not 4 like other.
