Description The Sonotrax fetal doppler is a high quality, professional grade fetal doppler capable of detecting a fetal heartbeat as early as 8-9 weeks. This heartbeat monitors come complete with a 3Mhz waterproof probe, 2 doppler gel and easy to use. This handheld Doppler can meet routine examination requirement of obstetricians, midwives, pregnant women and vascular. It is a high performance model with FHR digital LCD display. It has three heart rate processing modes: 1. Real-time FHR display mode. 2. Averaged FHR display mode. 3. Manual mode. It has audio output, and can connect with earphone or recorder with audio input. It has a slim, power saving and interchangeable ultrasound probe. Feature: USA FDA and Health Canada Approved. CE/ISO Certificates Easy-to-use Compact size two AA battery operation (batteries not included)Accurate FHR detection LCD display  Auto and Manual Counting Battery energy indication FHR detection as early as 8-9 weeks Automatic Power-off How it works Approximately 9 or 10 weeks after your last menstrual period, it is possible to hear the heartbeat with this doppler. The doppler simply bounces sound waves off of your baby's heart to produce sounds. This does not hurt you or your baby. Even though you can not hear the fetal heartbeat until week 9 or 10, ultrasound is able to see a beating heart much sooner (about 6-7 WEEKS). An ultrasound can pick up the heartbeat as a "flicker" in the chest as early as four weeks after conception. Checking the fetal heart rate is one of the easiest ways to monitor your baby's health and condition.
