Edvotek S-43-20 DNA DuraGel for 2 Gels Product Description Pipeting DNA and biological reagents is a critical skill required for biotechnology and life science experiments. When pipeting is not performed accurately, experiments will not yield proper results. In agarose electrophoresis, there are the additional challenges of gels being submerged in buffer and puncturing the bottom of wells. Equally challenging is pipeting small volumes (10 �l or less) where a small error translates into a high percentage of the sample. DNA DuraGel is a new product designed for students to learn pipeting samples in agarose gels. Each DuraGel is a reusable clear simulation of a gel and has two sets of different well sizes for pipeting of 5 - 35 �l of samples. DNA DuraGels are reusable and save preparation time and expense of pouring agarose practice gels. Detailed instructions on pipeting and sample delivery are included.
