The EKRA X4 is an automated stencil printer from 2005 that comes equipped with 2.5D solder deposit inspection technology. PFI of Florida has been in business since 1981 and strives to provide a good product at a reasonable price with excellent customer service. PCB alignment can be adjusted up to x/y: В±7 mm and Theta: В±2В°. Check out their ebay store for other products. The EKRA X4 is an impressive piece of equipment for any manufacturing facility. The machine is in excellent condition and features adjustable stencil frame rails, vacuum under stencil wiper with solvent dispenser, and a Windows XP operating system. The print parameter includes a print area of up to 460 x 460 mm, print speed of 5 - 199 mm/sec, and print pressure up to 240 N. The printer also features automatic PCB transport width adjustment, PCB clamping, and supports PCB sizes from 80 x 50 mm to 460 x 460 mm (with rear fix transport: Y = 417 mm) and thicknesses between 0.5 - 6 mm.
