The mounting type is free standing and the water cooler is operated by foot pedal or push button. This particular cooler only has one level and its cold water capacity is 13.5 GPH. The compressor in the water cooler has 1/3 horse power and 7.2 full load amps. The dimensions of the water cooler are 14-1/2 inches by 18 inches by 41-1/2 inches. The voltage of the cooler is 115 and the drain connection is 1-1/4 inches. We have inspected this item and have found multiple defects. The cooler has dents throughout the housing, a few corners and edges are bent and the front panel on the cooler does not close all the way. These defects appear to just be cosmetic and should have no affect on the functionality of this item. See the slideshow below for more pictures of the item and its defects.
