I ship the same day payment is received if the order is placed before 1PM CST. For international orders I ship a minimum of 24 hours after payment is received to prevent fraud. Returns are only accepted for items not as described and DOA (Dead on Arrival) items; this only applies to items that are listed as “New”, “New other”, or “Used” within a 14 day return period. International buyers not located in USA will always be responsible for return shipping. To prevent fraud we record all serial numbers from the item via software (if available) and take pictures of the unit serial, along with Anti-theft physical product marking. If the buyer returns this item and it is not the same serial, different item, or is missing anti-theft marking then please note the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges, and the item will be held until those charges are paid. No refund will be issued and the buyer will be reported to eBay, PayPal and the buyer’s local authorities, as needed.
