When I purchased this cylinder it had a few scratches and chips,  I added a few more as I used it for post tensioning 8 - 1/2" cables.  The white fixture seen in the photos was used to apply tension to the single strand cables.  I made this fixture from heavy duty materials and applied just over 30,000 lbs. of tension on each cable.  All items worked well for my project.  The last item pictured was made to set the cable locking wedges, it could use some straightening and welding.  Any questions, call Duane @ 440-969-3027  Thanks for looking!
