Excellent fast efficient toaster works well and fast. Some discoloration of Stainless from high heat during use. Toaster has been fully cleaned. There is no "restaurant odor" and no grease/oil. There is discoloration inside and on drip tray where food had dripped during use and high heat. Toaster gets hot fast and can be left on or turned off with a timer after each use. Was a great addition to our business and worked well. We have closed and are liquidating our equipment. There is nothing wrong with the unit that I can find and it works great. Please ask any questions you might have. Dual racks can be used one at a time or both at the same time. You can set the dial to heat just top or just the bottom or both.
