ES G830-2.0 HVLP TOUCH UP SPRAY GUN The ES Manufacturing Model G830-2.0 is a touch up size Professional Grade Gravity Feed HVLP spray gun designed for use with high viscosity fluids like resin and gel coat. It comes equipped with a 2.0mm stainless steel nozzle perfect for surface touch ups of composite products and excels at small surface spraying such as delicate boat repairs, mold repairs and composite refinishing. The Model G830 features a 120mL plastic cup with a plastic material strainer. As a bonus, you can add an optional 250mL aluminum cup (not included). Also available upon request are smaller nozzle kits in 0.8mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm for lower viscosity spraying. The G830 allows highly accurate spray adjustments and features separate controls for spray pattern width and material volume which allows pinpoint accuracy while spraying and massive reductions in overspray, wasted material and wasted money! The blue die-cast body ensures long life and features a specially designed one piece casting, eliminating the plastic seal that most other touch up guns have just behind the air cap threads. The G830 is also designed with fewer internal seals to reduce the chance of failure and reduce maintenance. Most HVLP gravity feed cup guns use nylon flat seals which disintegrate when cleaned with acetone but the ES Model G830 can be cleaned in acetone worry free. Features: 2.0mm self centering, stainless steel nozzle excels at spraying high viscosity fluids like resins and gel coats on smaller surfaces. HVLP gravity feed greatly reduces overspray and waste and saves you money. Requires very little pressure compared to siphon fed guns and thus less energy saving you even more money. 3-way adjustments of pattern width and material volume allow very accurate customized spraying.
