I bought this at an auction from a closed down store. I honestly didn't know what it was. I wanted an espresso machine and I ended up winning. When I got home I looked it up and found out that I really got a gem. It sells for around $13, 000. I love this machine but it really is for commercial use, not a home coffee enthusiast like me. I've been using it a lot and it is incredible what it can do. Its the best of two worlds, on one hand it is fully automatic, you press a button and you get your drink similar to gas station cappuccino machines, but on the other hand it is made from real beans and fresh milk that you hook up via a hose. So you get coffee house drinks with the convience of full automation. What this means is its a high money making machine. You can run your business while this machine gives your customers fresh coffee house drinks. What's more, the company is amazing. I'm just some random guy who bought this machine for myself and this company spent hours on the phone with me guiding me through the steps of operation. They got it running for me and are still emailing me with more info. It is a very, very complex machine. They can replace any part, even down to the stickers. They have technicians in almost every state who can service it right away. Now there are some things that show wear. There are scratches to the top and some of the stickers. There are some spots that are hard to reach that have cocoa residue on them as well. But honestly this is a great machine. It does not have the steam wand but since the foam is customizable you really don't need that. Also, it needs descaled and they say you need a technician to do that but I think it can be done by anyone. Its just hooking up a hose to a solution. It also says it needs two year service, but that may not be true since that is just determined by a counter on the computer. Its set in a warehouse for a good year, so I'm sure its fine. I am missing the multi tool, key for the hoppers (but they are unlocked) and the plug and clean hose. These can easily be purchased. Shipping is tricky with this. Its not that heavy but it is fragile. I would be more than willing to drive and meet somewhere within a 250 mile radius from area code 17756. Thanks for looking. Any more photos can be supplied.
