Up for your consideration is a vintage BULMAN wrapping paper roller/cutter for up to 27.5" wide rolls of paper. The entire piece measures 29" wide x 8" high x 6-1/2" deep.It came from a recently closed local upscale department store. The piece is made of steel and includes a wooden dowel. It is in good working condition with customary usage marks. If you viewed this listing earlier, I had listed this size as 24". I just re-checked my measurements.The paper cutter will hold wrapping paper up to about 27.5" wide. The empty cardboard tube is 24". Dowel rod measures 28-3/4". I have also added a few more photos.
