Weight: 30 lb The SuperCut 50P is designed as a basic, economical solution to metal cutting needs. With up to 50 amps of cutting power this lightweight MOSFET based inverter is built for the hobbyist that have occasional metal cutting tasks of up to 5/8". The unit is capable of cutting more when called upon, but delivers best cuts at 3/8" or less. It features a High Frequency start with a pilot arc to help in cutting rusty, painted, or expanded metal. It's compact, shoe-box size allows it to be neatly stored under work benches, and in tool cabinets. The dual voltage 120V/240V design allows it to be used almost anywhere there is power available (120V restricts total amp output and cutting capacity). Front air pressure gauge allows quick verification of air pressure. Over Current and Air Pressure light indicators keep you updated on your units operating condition. 50AMP 120/220Volt 50/60Hz Plasma Cutter. Cuts 1/16" to 5/8" This is a very nice plasma cutting system. I purchased this unit a little over a year ago and it has worked flawlessly. Very fast and clean cutting. However I am switching to a high production operation and need a heavy duty commercial unit that will cut up to 1" steel. I paid over $850.00 for this and am letting it go for a lot cheaper. You won't be disapointed. Currently has a 240V/50A twist-lock plug attached to the cord.
